Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC)
I am a CTI-trained Professional Coach who would love to help you live your best life.
We all have an idea of who we would like to be and the lives we would like to have. How is this different from who you currently are and the life you currently have? And how does it compare to the expectations you feel others (your family, friends, colleagues, etc.) have for you?
My coaching practice is rooted in four values: authenticity, gratitude, happiness, and vulnerability. I encourage my clients to be clear about goals, take risks and think positively. I then hold you accountable to, and help you celebrate, those goals. If these values resonate with you, contact me for a free initial coaching session. I may be the right coach for you (and if not, I can help you find the right coach).
I have two adorable children, an amazing husband and feel very fortunate to have a generous, supportive extended family. I live in North Vancouver, Canada and my family is the most important thing in my life. I try every day to be grateful for the people and experiences in my life.
I’ve been working in a corporate environment for over 15 years. I have a degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University, a management certificate in Human Resources from the BC Institute of Technology, and hold Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Certified HR Professional (CHRP) designations. I’m also a certified Gottman Educator.
