Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC)
I am a CTI-trained Professional Certified Coach who would love to help you reach your leadership goals.
My coaching practice is rooted in four values: authenticity, gratitude, happiness, and vulnerability. I encourage my clients to be clear about goals, take risks and think positively. I then hold you accountable to, and help you celebrate, those goals. If these values resonate with you, contact me for a free initial coaching session. I may be the right coach for you (and if not, I can help you find the right coach).
I have two adorable children, an amazing husband and feel very fortunate to have a generous, supportive extended family. I live in North Vancouver, Canada and my family is the most important thing in my life. I try every day to be grateful for the people and experiences in my life.
I’ve been working in a corporate environment for over 20 years. I have a Degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University, a Management certificate in Human Resources from the BC Institute of Technology, and hold Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designations. I’m also a certified ProSci Change Management Practitioner and Certified Gottman Educator.
